          • Prices may change without prior notice.

          • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure online payment options.

          • GST, shipping, packaging, and handling charges are applied where applicable.

        4. Order Confirmation

            • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

            • Orders may be canceled by the company in case of:

                  • Incorrect pricing

                  • Payment issues

                  • Fraudulent activity

              • In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

            5. Shipping & Delivery

                • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

                • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics delays, or unforeseen events.

                • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

                • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural events.

              6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

                  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

                  • Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos.

                  • No returns are accepted for:

                        • Minor dents, marks, or color variations

                        • Damage due to mishandling or improper usage

                        • Custom-made or bulk order products

                    • Eligible refunds will be processed after inspection.

                  7. Bulk Orders & Corporate Gifting

                      • Bulk and customized orders require 50% advance payment.

                      • All branded/engraved/customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

                    • Delivery timelines for bulk orders will be confirmed during order processing.
