This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
a) Damaged Product Received
- If the item is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
- Provide unboxing video and clear photos of the damage (mandatory)
b) Wrong Product Delivered
- If you received a different product than what you ordered
- Inform us within 48 hours
c) Manufacturing Defects
- Applicable if the product has visible manufacturing faults
- Must be reported with photos/videos
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used, tampered, or damaged items after delivery
- Products without unboxing video proof
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items
- Minor variations in color, polish, weight, or texture (as brass items are handcrafted)
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or accidents after delivery
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange pickup through our courier partner (where applicable).
- The product must be returned in original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- Tags, labels, and accessories
- Original packaging
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refund Terms
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
- Refund will be initiated only after returned item is received and verified
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees, COD charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- In case of replacement, refund is not applicable
5. Cancellation Policy
a) Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
- Full refund will be processed
b) After Shipping
- Cancellation is not allowed once the item has been dispatched
- Customer may refuse delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available only for damaged or wrong items
- No exchange for change of mind or preference
- Exchange depends on stock availability
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the order returns due to:
- incorrect address,
- unreachable phone number, or
- repeated delivery attempts failed,
the customer must pay re-shipping charges for re-delivery.
Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
