1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of a delay due to stock or high order volume, we will notify you via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Locations
We deliver to:

International destinations worldwide (through our global courier partners)
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
a. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We use leading couriers like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
b. International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or other reliable international couriers.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
USA / Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–12 business days
Middle East: 5–10 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 10–15 business days
Asia: 5–12 business days
Other Countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Domestic:
Free or paid shipping will be displayed at checkout based on your order value and location.
International:
International shipping charges depend on destination country, weight, and volume.
Final shipping cost will be shown during checkout.
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
Tracking ID
Courier partner name
A link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers generally make two delivery attempts.
Delivery failure due to wrong address/phone number or unavailability may result in return-to-origin (RTO).
Re-shipping charges may apply if reshipping is requested.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customs policies vary by country.
Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
Ebisushoppe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.
For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier and provide a resolution.
Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for domestic orders and selected pin codes.
COD is not available for international shipments.
